As you will discover in this same page, working with leading manufacturers of motorcycles, we have obtained great experience in this field, becoming one of the most important producers  in Europe of motorcycle and scooter seats as well as seats and backrest for other applications.

Our installations

Manufactures GES, S.A. in the plant of Ermua - Spain, has integrated all the facilities for the development and manufacture of seats for scooters and motorcycles, such as:

• Stamping presses to 250 tons.
• Plastic injection machines from 150 tons to 610 tons.
• Thermoforming machines.
• Skin Polyurethane Injection (PU integral).
• Production of  seats by vacuum. 
• Cutting, welding and sewing.

We also have major facilities employed to carry out and control and a  Technical Laboratory for development and control  of our products.
